We make whisky to be savoured slowly, in good company, by those old enough to choose it. Craft is worth nothing if it isn’t enjoyed responsibly.

01Of legal age, always

TORII is intended only for adults who are of the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. In India the legal drinking age varies by state, and some states prohibit alcohol altogether — please know and respect the law where you are. Never buy alcohol for anyone under the legal age.

02Never drink and drive

If you have been drinking, do not drive or operate machinery. Plan a safe way home — a designated driver, a taxi or a ride service. It is never worth the risk to yourself or to others.

03Know your limits

Enjoy in moderation. Drink water alongside, never on an empty stomach, and pace yourself. A great whisky rewards a slow pour, not a fast one — the point is the experience, not the quantity.

04When not to drink

• If you are pregnant or planning to be.
• If you are taking medication that interacts with alcohol, or have a health condition affected by it — check with your doctor.
• If you have struggled with alcohol dependency.
• Before driving, working, or any activity that needs a clear head.

05Keep it away from minors

Please do not share this website, our social channels, or our products with anyone below the legal drinking age. Store alcohol safely and out of reach of children.
