01Who we are

This website, toriiwhisky.com, and the TORII whisky brand are operated by LVI Holdings Private Limited (CIN U11011KA2023PTC181472), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“TORII”, “we”, “us”).

02Legal drinking age & eligibility

This site concerns alcoholic beverages and is intended only for adults who are of the legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By using the site you confirm that you meet that age and that it is lawful for you to view alcohol-related content where you are. You must not share this site with anyone below the legal drinking age.

03The brand, applications & no public offer

The site presents the TORII brand and lets you express interest in it. Important points:

• A Founding Circle application is a request to be considered for membership. It is not a guarantee of a seat, and we may accept or decline applications at our discretion.
• The “Own a Part” section lets eligible persons privately register interest in a proposed fundraising. Nothing on this site is an offer, invitation or solicitation to the public to buy or subscribe for any securities, and it is not investment advice. Any actual investment would be made only to eligible persons through separate definitive documentation, subject to applicable law.
• All investment carries risk, including the risk of losing your entire capital. Early-stage investments are illiquid and speculative. You should take your own independent legal, tax and financial advice before committing.

04Member accounts

Some areas require an invitation-only account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at connect@toriiwhisky.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting or probing it, scraping it, submitting false information or another person’s data without authority, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
